Licensing & Eligibility

You need to submit all required documents after registration. International buyers must have a valid 9jaAuction dealer or export license or use one of our authorized agents.

Basic Member

  • Valid government-issued ID (passport/NIN)
  • Valid Driver's license as secondary ID
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
  • Working deposit or valid credit/debit card

Dealer Member

  • Valid dealer/business license (notarized)
  • Dealer license or sales clerk documentation
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Working deposit or valid credit/debit card

Dispute Refunds

We aim for fair transactions. If you believe there's an issue with your purchase, here's our dispute resolution process:

When can you request a refund?

  • Vehicle condition significantly misrepresented (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Odometer discrepancy of 10,000+ km from what was advertised
  • Vehicle does not start/run when advertised as running (within 24 hours)
Dispute Filing Process
  • • Contact support within 48 hours of issue discovery
  • • Provide documentation (photos, videos, inspection reports)
  • • Review within 3-5 business days
  • • If approved, refund processed within 7-10 business days

Note: Disputes filed after 48 hours are not eligible for full refund. A 15% processing fee applies.
