What Gets Deleted
PermanentProfile & Personal Data
Your name, email, phone, avatar, and account settings.
Bidding History
All bids, saved searches, favorites, and watchlists.
Transaction Records
Payment history, receipts, and wallet information.
Seller Data
Vehicle listings, auction records, and commission data.
Documents & Media
Uploaded documents, photos, and verification records.
Before You Delete
Important- Complete any active bids or ongoing transactions first
- Withdraw any remaining wallet balance
- Download any documents or receipts you may need
- For sellers: ensure all pending orders are fulfilled
Account deletion is processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in.
